If you have a large family this would a great time and value to stock up at! You can even freeze it if you won't go through it quick enough.Freezing instructions: Open the gallon and pour out 1/2 a cup and then you can freeze it. This will allow room the expansion when it freezes. Also- don't be alarmed because when you freeze milk it turns yellow, but as soon as you thaw it out it turns white again! :)
